Consider it a pre-promo as you have to collect tokens. Once the community's goal is reached, that's when an actual promo is released.

I don't see it that way. From my understanding you and the community collect tokens by doing various tasks. Depending on how active the community is depends on how soon the 'festival' is released. Once the latter is done we start over for the next. So you're not really gaining anything during the Big Challenge like you are in our current promos.

We know about Fall - sadly, we don't have any information on the other three yet.

Fall is part of your divine horses of seasons.

Each day of Fall, win:

30 skill points you can apply to Fall as you wish
5 000 Equus upon first daily login

Horseshoes:
+150 horseshoes for the next Great Challenge
Game:
Equus every Fall day in game
VIP:
+1 trade per week (cannot be combined with another offer)

This horse cannot be sold.

Basically one LONG promo, with intermittent smaller promos featured after tokens are got. Tested this....call it what you want. It's a promo

However, it seems as if even though X members will participate, it's easier for you to neglect it if you want to. We were asked to test the feature on the test site so we kinda HAD to, but once brought to the game you can ignore it.

Difference of opinion.

That's what I was thinking. If players don't want more promos they decide to make a promo that will last forever, *and* it will trigger more promos. Great.

Seeing it and ignoring it are different things. I see my uncle physically whenever we have family gathering, but I ignore him. My dogs lay in bed with me, but I ignore them even if they have their heads on my legs. I know they're there, but choose to not do anything.

I personally don't like being slapped in the face with some large on-going promo every time i log in. It's an eye sore.

That's how I feel about my uncle. To me he's an eye sore, however I don't focus on him no matter how brightly colored he may show up. Yes, it will be an eye sore and probably will for a while. But you will get use to it as I'm sure you have with some of the newer horse coats. It'll be startling to see every time, but it'll lose it's appeal and you'll probably forget it's even there. Lofty hope, maybe, but it's a fact.

I hate to be rude but I mean honestly if anyone is going to have such a huge problem with this new game change they can just quit, it happens every time a new change comes. I have even considered it for things they have changed in the past. Its just a game, no point in letting it upset you or affect your real life mood if something they have done bothers you that much...

Agreed, but they're entitled to their opinions. If they feel it effect them that greatly then that's their thing and there's no reason for the rest of us to change their minds.

I agree everyone is entitled to have their own opinions but if they are going to be as upset as some people seem to be maybe they need to take a step back and re-evaluate if they need to be playing this game or not. As I said before no use letting it affect your real life.default smiley ;)

I feel the same way. The game is an escape for me from reality, but doesn't rule over my life. And if it does, somebody better smack me with a cast iron pan. They'll get the gripin' and moanin' out of their system eventually....we hope....

As far as I know, it has been delayed but I couldn't tell you for how long.

Pass reserve? What's that? default smiley (lol) I have a terrible spending habit, I try to hold off but breeding, BLUPing, and keeping the VIP calls...sometimes it screams.
