It's because the post is made globally for all versions, and only about 2-3 versions have that horse. For the rest of the players, the horse is new

I think you meant it the other way around. But in any case Archimedes is not new, and is actually a very old divine that I don't THINK has been offered since it's original release. |

In fact we can probably assume that it’s perk is similarly powerful to Falabellas or chimeras because this is how it’s being released.

Sorry I misread the question duh. I believe a lot of new divines were released in christmas packs. (blizzard etc.) Of course, thanks for the clarification. I forgot about the packs.
