bezo93, I agree with you on your statement of

Why can't Howrse spend more time on new horse breeds rather than Useless Divines like Yggdrasil? They should be exploring uncommon breeds, such as the Oldenburg, the Icelandic, the Canadian Pacer, Mules, etc, all of the breeds out there that are popular. I also wish they would take a break on the Divines (As in my top statement). There are over a hundred Divines, and not even close to that for horses, ponies, drafts, and donkeys combined. I hope that expressing part of my opinion is okay. (Especially since it is in a spoiler box...). A thing I like about Howrse though is some of the promos. I really like the Great Challenge the best of all! I think Howrse should do a Great Challenge at least once a month. I also like the Christmas Tree Promo, despite the lack of being able to get a divine without passes, but to make up for that, Howrse has made sure to make other trees that you can get Good BMI's on easier than usual.

Im sorry if this has been answered, but what is the next promo?

No worries! It's either the Great Challenge or the Heart Fight. More likely it's the GC first, and then the Heart Fight (the UFO promos tend to be mini ones) will occur while that's going on, closer to Valentine's day.

And,

Thanks to the answers to my questions everyone! I personally hope it does start this Thursday; I know sometimes people like a cooldown period but I like having promos frequently default smiley :p Either way though, the GC is always good.

I forget, were you able to donate BMIs in place of objectives last GC or not?

About the pass divine - Why not maybe treat it like a point system where for every year it ages you get a point? Then those points can be used to buy items. Example is 100 points (years) would allow you to buy a one pass BMi, for example. Just something that crossed my mind and actually makes the divine kinda worth it.

What is the hearts fight like? Is it like the snowball promo but with hearts? Or what? And how hard is it to get this "I Love You" divine?

That's exactly what it's like. Usually you can get one snowball every three hours, so I can't see it being any different. Personally I prefer my sleep. default smiley (lol)

No. If I remember correctly, the Pinata promo was the first with the BMI trade-in feature.

There have been promos with trade-ins before this pinata. I want to say that the last time we had the G_ C_ we could trade a BMI in instead of doing the third objective.

Thanks everyone but I still have one question: How do you get the divine? There was no way to get a divine in the snowball promo, so it must be different in some way.

Actually, I believe you could pay to have a member of the community do it for you.

Oops, I guess that was what I was thinking of default smiley (8)
^We have had a promo relatively recently that let us use BM items in place of completing the third objective. Maybe it was the Potions promo? I can't remember: too many promosdefault smiley xd

In the snowball event the top 10(??) players who threw the most snowballs won a Zodiac divine.

The Hearts fight works the same way in that the top something players win I Love You. I posted a list of the prizes some pages back. The only big difference is that we also have a chance to win I Love You by opening HoPs.

What is the Great Challenge?
I don't know if this belongs here but it's as close as it's going to get. Howrse really needs to overhaul how competitions work. I have a collection of 350GP Foundations that may never reach 100 BLUP because it's impossible for them to win competitions. Yes I know to enter the lowest difficulty, yes I know to try and compete against their own breed and to use rookie comps but it's honestly a miracle if they get 3rd. My Foundations sometimes have to compete against some of the highest GP horses because some how these horses can enter 100 difficulty and lower. Of all the things they've updated and changed over the years like the foal games, rides, consumables (mashes etc), this should be next on the list.

Have you tried getting people to fill for you? default smiley :) I personally like the idea of low GP comps as that would help prevent horses getting put against horses they have no chance against.

I have a Newfie with a 350.02GP who has total skills of 211.41 who is beaten by other people's fillers basically. I don't really think fillers should be a thing because it is effectively rigging the competitions. Not to mention low GP horses are often stomped because they're easy to beat

I wouldn't really call it "rigging", as lots of people, even top teams, fill their comps. default smiley :) Sadly, the only real way to win at that GP, is to find a few people willing to enter horses with more or less zero skills.
@Swenns Lena - Donkeys are the best fillers for these comps default smiley :)

First Day

Click to display
I joined the Russian server to see how the new pass system works. My account is not old enough yet to earn points. Only 15 days. But I noticed on the first day there were already 52 pages of players who have Yggdrasil. This morning it's now up to 61 pages. The oldest Yggdrasil is 15,532 years old! I noticed that players are able to rename Yggdrasil. I think I will name it Pinocchio if we get it here. When you look it up on the directory, it's under a new category called Generic Horse. At least that's how it's translated on Google. So it's not considered a divine, legendary or wild. Still wish they would add some kind of perk to make it more fun to age him.
Sincerely

3 New trophies,,

> Vintage apple - Number of owned horses with Vintage apple coat
> Helios' Ray - Number of owned horses with Helios' Ray

Please note, that information provided here is not definitive.
Everything can always change, before it'll be introduced into the game, if ever.
Thank you.
