I honestly do hope they follow through with this. I'm tired of them having the same things for so long. It has been what seems like years with the same things. People will be upset at first, but like last time, they will get over it. We need a change on here.

Oooh, I like:

Welsh/Aussie
Shetland
Nokota
Curly
Quarter Pony

I am also glad the Arabs will still look good default smiley :) I admit I never liked the old TB coats, esp light grey, but after a while they started to grow on me.

Hi Tilyvia. =) I dunno know if you know me, but I recognize you from Fhebral's forum. XD

I think the Quarter Pony is very pretty as well, along with the Curly. =) The Arabs do look better, but it looks like they used the same head. XD

Are they changing the background too?

I'm not afraid of change but they could of at least looked at pictures of horses and drawn them to scale. Some of them look totally off balance or something... and my most worse pet peeve with the new looks... NO HAIR! Vanners are full of HAIR! Feathers, Mane, Tail... It's just... Ugh. They are my most favorite to breed and now they don't look HAIRY. D:

They definitely got the Nokota's confirmation true to form though I am not so sure yet of the their face... Nokotas have very distinctive expressive eyes

Yeah, their eyes are all so small now! And some of them look sort of wrinkly or sad or really short. I like most of the old ones better.

Then there are newbies like me who just found their favorite breeds, and just got their footing on the game and now, HEY! your favorite breed looks like a fat, maneless, almost draft horse! default smiley :@

I do agree that we need change, but do we really need /THIS/ change? Change is wonderful, but lets make it an improvement, not a deterioration of the quality.

Their entire face is always very expressive and kind, and their ears are not strait and pointy...

I'm planning to save up for a DA mustang so i can have at least one with the old coat
By Retired breeder, 30th March 2014 04:08:23
I kind of wish they would change the quarter horses and paints. I like the current bodies but the necks are too small and stiff and the heads look funky. Is the plan to leave those alone? Because i think they are the ones they need changing...

The coat changes are amazing for players who have been on here for a long time. Everyone hates it at first but after a while it's normal. I think there's many beautiful new coats & it's time for a change. xP

They may not have made the Nokota entirely true to life, but at least it's still pretty. Some of the breeds are not only very unrealistic, they're not very good looking in general.

mustang girl- i think the chincoteague pony looks awful...

Are they seriously changing the foals, too? default smiley (o) That's just not right. The foals are just so sweet. It's a game, the horses don't need to look perfectly realistic, Howrse!

When does this go into effect??

They're changing every breed on the game

I think the new foals look much better

I think its about time they change the foals....most of the foals look the same and you can't tell breeds apart
By Retired breeder, 30th March 2014 04:13:22
They'r ealready changed the Lusitano's and Peruvian Paso's. Probably the others that have the same changes as these two. I honestly LOVE the new look for the Lusitano's.

The reason I like howrse better than all the other horse games is because I loved how the horses looked, and now they're changing the horses and making them look bad quality like all the other horse games!

I believe it's starting now.

One breed every day. Yesterday was the PSHs. Today, thoroughbreds. Day before last, KWPNs.

I've only seen one new foal coat. Are there others? That might be an improvement, having a different foal coat for each breed. I've only seen one so far, though, and if that's the only one, I like the old ones better.
